Job summary

A healthcare trust in Dartford is looking for a Patient Experience Advice and Liaison Officer to ensure high-level customer service to patients and families. Qualifications

  • Good education to GCSE standard including English and Mathematics.
  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent.
  • Experience developing and maintaining administrative processes.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality and data protection regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to patients, relatives, and visitors.
  • Support and signpost people with concerns or queries.
  • Collaborate with staff from Claims, Complaints, and Audit Departments.
  • Collect and collate patient experience surveys and data.

Skills

Customer Service experience
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to cope with emotionally demanding situations
Good organizational skills
Compassionate but assertive

Education

Good general education to GCSE standard, including English Language and Mathematics
NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
