An exciting opportunity has arisen for the right candidate to join our clinical team within our community health & Social Care Hub.
To provide high quality evidence based clinical advice and support to patients and carers contacting the CH&SCH. To support the role of the Team Leader - Clinical. To support administrative colleagues in the CH&SCH. Be required to work in community to maintain clinical skills and competency and in the event to meet service need.
The post holder must have effective communication skills and must be prepared to work flexibly and collaboratively to meet the needs of the service over a 7 day working pattern to meet the needs of the service.
