A renowned hospitality group in Park Gate is seeking a Pastry Chef to join their high-performing kitchen brigade. This position offers the opportunity to create seasonal desserts and manage a section while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. The ideal candidate will have a passion for pastry, at least 2 years of experience, and the ability to produce quality desserts. As Pastry Chef, you will be a vital part of our high performing brigade and will be producing delicious pastry items and desserts plus other food in a well-equipped kitchen, developing your skills under the guidance of our talented Executive Chef and Head Chef. You’ll become a member of our family who helps us create amazing experiences for our guests through delivering warm hospitality in every interaction.

Ideally, you will have a minimum of 2 years previous experience in a similar role in a bakery or pastry environment with the proven ability to produce high quality food, ideally using fresh produce and create new recipes and dishes on a seasonal basis.
