Pastoral Support - Graduate

Q - Are you a high-performing graduate looking for an opportunity to work at a top school for September 2025? An 'Outstanding' Secondary School in the Borough of Camden is seeking a Pastoral Support - Graduate to provide wellbeing support to pupils across KS3-KS5. This is a full-time role starting in September 2025. The Head Teacher is keen to speak to academically gifted graduates looking to gain experience with SEMH needs or those pursuing a career in teaching. You will be responsible for the pastoral management of the student body and work closely with the Student Support Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates looking to pursue careers in pastoral care, wellbeing, and behaviour management.

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the wellbeing and pastoral care of KS3-KS5 on a daily basis
  • Working closely with senior leadership to coordinate care and support for pupils
  • Assisting students of varying ages and abilities, including those with SEND/SEMH needs
  • September 2025 start with potential Teacher Training opportunities from September 2026
  • Full-Time, Long-Term role - 08:00 - 16:00
  • Based in Camden, North West London
