An educational institution is seeking a dedicated Pastoral and Learning Mentor to join their team in Bristol. The role involves supporting underperforming students, assisting teachers with classroom management, and working closely with families to enhance student progress. Ideal candidates will have school experience, be empathetic and organized, and show a commitment to safeguarding. This is a fixed-term position until 31st August 2027, with a typical working schedule from 8:15 am to 3:30 pm, Monday to Friday.

We are looking for an excellent and committed Pastoral and Learning Mentor to join our outstanding team working 8:15am to 3:30pm Monday to Friday, term‑time only plus INSET days on a fixed term contract until 31st August 2027. A typical week in this role may include the following:
You are likely to have experience of working within a school in a similar role and knowledge of barriers to learning and strategies/interventions to overcome them. You will be patient, empathetic, and approachable, with high expectations of all pupils. You will also be organised, proactive, and self‑motivated with good time management.
