Partnership Development Specialist - EMEA

  • 6-month contract
  • Remote, but London region preferred.
  • Salary Range: £ 80,000 to £90,000 per year.

We're looking for a Partnership Development Specialist to join a mission-driven global team on a 6-month contract. This role is all about expanding a network of nonprofit partners that provide vital housing support to people impacted by crises.

What you\'ll do
  • Source, pitch, and secure new nonprofit partnerships across EMEA
  • Build compelling proposals that align partner goals with social impact programmes
  • Guide organisations through onboarding - from first conversations to signed agreements
  • Share market insights to strengthen outreach strategies and future programmes
What we\'re looking for
  • 6+ years\' experience in business development, partnerships, or nonprofit programme growth
  • Fluent in English and French (Italian/German a plus)
  • Proven success in sourcing and closing partnerships
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills
  • Self-starter, comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
  • Background in humanitarian aid, disaster response, or community development is a strong advantage

This is a hands-on, externally facing role where you\'ll use your business development expertise to deliver lasting social impact.
