Job Title: Part-time Female Support Worker

Location: Shaw, Oldham

Employer: Deputy/Solicitor on behalf of client. Managed by North West Case Management

Salary: £16ph

Hours: 15-25 per week - Nights, Evenings and weekends

About the Role

We are looking to recruit a compassionate and dedicated individual to assist our client who has cerebral palsy and Epilepsy. In this role you will be providing support and essential care to our client, helping them maintain their independence and enabling them to improve their quality of life. This is a truly rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in someone’s life.

Responsibilities
  • Support and assist with rehabilitation programs and therapeutic exercises.
  • Meet the client’s physical and psychological needs.
  • Provide emotional support and encouragement with social engagement.
  • Support with daily tasks such as shopping, cooking and cleaning.
  • Work under the guidance of a multidisciplinary team – consisting of case manager, therapists and family members.
  • Promote independence by encouraging life skills and confidence building.
  • Personal care, including medication and hygiene assistance.
