A community-focused dental organisation is looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Controller to manage their accounts payable function. Qualifications

• AAT qualified or proven experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

• Manage the purchase ledger for the company.
• Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
• Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
