Job summary

A community-focused dental organisation is looking for a part-time Purchase Ledger Controller to manage their accounts payable function. This role requires attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and experience in Xero software. Applicants should have an AAT qualification or proven experience in a related role. The position is based in Bodmin/Truro, for 15 hours a week, allowing for a flexible work schedule that can fit other commitments. Qualifications

  • AAT qualified or proven experience in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your own workload.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the purchase ledger for the company.
  • Process supplier invoices accurately and timely.
  • Prepare and process weekly/monthly payment runs.
  • Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies.
