Overview

EME Services Ltd is a trusted provider of medical engineering solutions, based in Urmston, Manchester. We are currently seeking a proactive and highly organised Part-time Administrator / Coordinator to support our team of Service Engineers. This is an essential role within our business, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient coordination of our daily operations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily schedules for our Service Engineers, prioritising efficiency and geographic logistics
  • Provide general administrative support to the engineering team
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation
  • Handle email and phone communications professionally and promptly
  • Support with basic mathematical and written tasks, requiring strong spelling and grammar
  • Assist with invoicing, record-keeping, and general finance admin (training provided if needed)
What We’re Looking For
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong IT skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
  • Clear and confident communication, both written and verbal
  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative
  • Prior experience with Sage 50 accounting software is a plus, but not essential, full training will be provided
  • Located within a short commute of Urmston, Manchester
