Overview

An exciting opportunity for a Family PA to care for a family of five, including three children (one away at school; two aged nine and eleven), in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire. The family enjoy outdoor activities and sports, and live in a comfortable home with a large garden.

The role is Monday to Friday, 14:00 to 20:00 (30 hours per week), with opportunities for additional ad hoc hours for babysitting and potential overnight stays, to be mutually agreed and paid as overtime.

Responsibilities

• Assist with school runs and after-school activities; a careful and confident driver is required. A duty car is available for use.
• Oversee homework and ensure the children have everything they need for the following day (uniform, sports kits, etc.)
• Family PA duties: family laundry, organising children’s clothes and toys, maintaining tidiness in the kitchen, children’s bedrooms and playroom; ensure rooms used are tidy by the end of the day.
• Support additional tasks to help the home run smoothly (emptying the dishwasher, vacuuming when necessary, running errands such as picking up groceries, post office, dry cleaners, etc.).
• Oversee school administration and ensure the children have everything they require.
• Cook meals for the family and involve the children in meal planning each week.
• Care for two friendly dogs; a pet-friendly candidate is essential.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum experience: two years.
• Training: 12 Hour Paediatric First Aid and Enhanced DBS (update).
• Qualifications: Level 3 Childcare if possible; experience essential.
• Driving required with a duty car available.
• Location: Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire.
