Job summary

A financial services company is seeking a part-time Finance Assistant to support the Finance function in High Wycombe. Responsibilities include maintaining bank reconciliations, processing invoices, and ensuring staff expenses are correctly coded. Ideal candidates will have experience with Xero and strong Excel skills. This is a temporary office-based role, with hours from 9 AM to 2 PM, Monday to Thursday.

Qualifications

  • Experience working within an Accounts department is preferable.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel required.
  • Experience with Xero is an advantage.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate bank reconciliations.
  • Process purchase orders and supplier invoices.
  • Ensure staff expenses are approved and coded accordingly.
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned.
