Job summary

A leading education provider in the UK seeks a Dance Instructor to deliver engaging dance sessions for primary school children. You will be responsible for planning activities that promote participation and enjoyment in a safe environment. The ideal candidate must have a Level 3 qualification in dance, experience working with children, and a full UK driving license. This role offers £12.50 – £14.00 per hour with uniforms and training provided.

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering fun, progressive dance activities for children aged 4-11.
• Tracking and adapting sessions based on pupil development.
• Providing additional support to children needing extra help with learning or movement skills.
• Choreographing routines for performances, competitions, or showcases.

Skills

Experience teaching or leading dance sessions

Confidence working with primary age children

Passion for delivering fun, safe, and inclusive sessions

Education

A Level 3 qualification in dance or performing arts
