A leading recruitment agency based in Camberley seeks a motivated Business Development Consultant to target new clients and develop existing relationships. The ideal candidate should have a proven sales track record, excellent networking skills, and a desire to succeed. This role offers a salary of up to £35,000 pro rata plus commission and comes with great benefits, including uncapped commission and team incentives. Hybrid working is available.

Full training will be provided and we are open to discuss hours. Your goal is to build mutually beneficial relationships with clients and candidates, and work as part of a passionate team to maximise our commercial performance.
