Job description

We are support a great opportunity for a Part–Time Building Manager to manage a MIxed Use Commercial Building in Reading, Berkshire.

Working 2–3 days per week (on site) 9am–5pm (flexibility to support the business), this key position will support all key areas including: –

• Proactive Tenant Liaision Engagement, Communication & Support
• Driving Building Services Standards & Delivery
• Contract Management for all building services including plant equipment
• Managing major & minor works
• Budget reporting / monitoring
• Ensuring full site compliance across all areas

Candidates will hold proven Facilities Management experience, along with ideally IOSH accreditation and contract management experience.

This is a permanent, part time opportunity – working 2/3 days per week.
