Overview

We\'re looking for an experienced and reliable Bookkeeper to join our small, friendly team on a part-time basis. This is a temporary role initially, with the opportunity to become permanent for the right person. You\'ll be working from our office, providing vital support across the business to help keep our financial processes running smoothly.

Location and Details

Location: Bletchley, Milton Keynes

Hours: Monday to Thursday, 9:30am - 4:00pm (Paid lunch break)

Contract: Temporary with a view to permanent

Holidays: 36 days paid holiday including bank holidays

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciling bank statements
  • Handling petty cash transactions
  • Preparing and submitting VAT returns
  • Matching invoices with delivery notes
  • General admin support as needed
About You
  • Previous bookkeeping experience
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Proficient with Sage 50 and Microsoft Office
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
  • Positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills
