Job summary

A recruitment agency is seeking a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join a friendly team in Fleet. The ideal candidate will work 25 hours a week, Monday to Friday, and demonstrate excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills, and experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Responsibilities include raising invoices and processing supplier claims. This is a permanent position offering a salary between £18,240 and £20,270 per annum.

Qualifications

Part Time Accounts Coordinator – Fleet – Permanent – 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday – £18,240 - £20,270

Our client, based in Fleet, have a wonderful opportunity for a Part Time Accounts Coordinator to join their small and friendly team, on a permanent basis. This role requires someone to commit to working Monday-Friday, for 25 hours per week. We are looking for positive applicants, who can demonstrate having previously worked in a role requiring high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities
  • Raising Customer invoices and statements using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Processing Supplier invoices, credit notes and employee expense claims using QuickBooks accounting software
  • Liaising with Customers and Suppliers with regard to invoices and outstanding payments
  • Generating reports from QuickBooks and providing insights to management as needed
Requirements
  • Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook
  • Basic knowledge of QuickBooks would be an advantage but not a necessity
