A global humanitarian organization in the UK is seeking a Parliamentary and Influencing Advisor to coordinate and deliver key influencing strategies. The ideal candidate will have strong advocacy and communication skills, along with significant experience in NGOs or public policy. Responsibilities include building relationships with key influencers and organizing engagement initiatives. Reporting in to the Government and Parliamentary Lead, the role of Parliamentary and Influencing Advisor is a key member of the Policy and Influencing team. The role enables effective coordination, development and delivery of Christian Aid's engagement and influencing strategies that supports with maximising impact and the post-holder will provide key collaborative support both organisationally and operationally for influencing and engagement outputs, including drafting briefings and setting up meetings (attending where necessary).
