Responsibilities
  • Advise clients on all private client matters, including wills, probate, trusts, estate administration and lasting powers of attorney
  • Prepare and draft wills, LPAs, trust documents, probate applications and support the administration of estates
  • Liaise with external stakeholders, executors, beneficiaries and financial advisers to ensure accuracy, compliance and smooth progression of matters
  • Correspond with clients to provide updates on case developments, timelines and associated costs
  • Research and analyse legal documents, regulations and case law to support the accuracy of advice and private client procedures

  • Experience working in a similar role within the legal setting
