Paralegal / File Handler – Liverpool (UK) – The Partners are looking for candidates to join their expanding EL / PL and commercial insurance team. They are looking for candidates at various levels with as little at 6 months experience. The role is designed to develop the successful candidate on the firm’s highly recognised career progression framework.

Summary

Candidates should have EL / PL experience

The Partners will consider either claimant or defendant experience. Work may include pre-litigated EL / PL matters as well as commercial insurance cases such as escapes of water as well as fire damage cases and product liability.

A typical day will involve :

You will develop experience in a range of areas from personal injury to commercial insurance handling pre-litigated matters with reserves up to £30,000. This is an exciting opportunity where you will gain exposure to a range of claims work from various corporate and insurer clients.
