Job description

We are seeking a proactive Paralegal with strong legal knowledge and a demonstrated background in supporting legal processes related to renewable energy projects, including permitting, land use, regulatory filings, and contract management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct legal research on renewable energy regulations, permitting processes, and compliance requirements at the local, state, and federal levels.

• Coordinate with internal teams and external counsel on matters related to project development, including land acquisition, title review, and zoning.

• Prepare and manage documentation for corporate filings, regulatory applications, and ongoing compliance obligations.

• Support due diligence efforts for mergers, acquisitions, and financing of renewable projects.

• Maintain and organize contract management systems and legal databases.

• Monitor and track legislative and regulatory changes impacting renewable energy.

• Provide general paralegal support to the legal department, including scheduling, document preparation, and administrative duties.
