Job description
Job Overview

Paid Search is shifting faster in 2025 than at any point in its history. AI-driven optimisation, automation, and new audience layers are reshaping how search works and we want someone who wants to shape it with us. This isn't just a "maintain the account" role. You'll lead search strategy for global financial brands, own performance outcomes, and play a central role in evolving how search integrates with our AI tools, cookieless tracking capability, and broader paid media stack. If you're tired of repetitive account maintenance and want to push into the future of Search, read on!

Responsibilities
  • Run Paid Search end to end across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads.
  • Build, optimise, and scale campaigns for high-profile international clients.
  • Turn Data Into Strategy: Apply audience insights, intent signals, and first‑party data to guide keyword selection, bidding logic, and segmentation.
  • Research competitors and market trends to surface opportunities clients can act on.
  • Translate complex performance data into clear guidance and sharp recommendations.
  • Present insights and forward‑looking strategies to senior marketing teams across global financial institutions.
  • Write ad copy that meets compliance standards and drives action.
  • Build structured testing frameworks to refine messaging and improve conversion paths.
  • Control spend to maximise value.
  • Own forecasting, pacing, and performance accountability.
  • Contribute directly to the evolution of our AI search capabilities and cookieless tracking platform.
  • Share knowledge, mentor junior talent, and collaborate with other Paid Media and Data teams.
Qualifications
  • 2‑3+ years managing Paid Search campaigns (agency experience strongly preferred).
  • Solid command of Google Ads; familiarity with Microsoft Ads, Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics/Adobe a plus.
  • Google Ads certifications, experience in audience‑based targeting and segmentation.
  • Understanding of B2B or regulated‑industry marketing (financial services is a plus but not essential).
  • Strong analytical mindset; confident in Excel for performance analysis and modelling.
  • Comfortable leading client conversations and simplifying complexity.
  • Experience with SA360 or another bid management tool is advantageous.
  • Excellent verbal and written English. A second language such as Spanish, German, French, or Italian is highly valued for international client work.
