Overview

Paid Digital Media Executive. We are looking for a Paid Media Executive with strong mathematics and data analysis, who has a desire to use digital marketing and the power of data to make the world a better place. You’ll be devising and implementing award-winning digital campaigns across multiple channels for some amazing clients, including well-known charities. This role reports into the Paid Media Director.

What you’ll do
  • Researching and developing audience targeting.
  • Optimising Paid Search and Paid Social campaigns.
  • Developing fantastic ads and identifying which perform best with audiences.
  • Keyword research and development.

Improve the user journey from ad delivery through to final conversion by:

  • Optimising the efficiency of website landing pages.
  • Supporting the improvement of UX (User Experience).
  • Supporting the onsite conversion journey.
  • Ensuring ads reflect and are aligned with the onsite experience.
Data tracking, engineering and analysis
  • Supporting and implementing digital marketing tracking tags and pixels.
  • Utilising data from tools including Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta.
  • Producing data dashboard reports with Google Looker Studio.
  • Testing and developing new ways to display data.
Automation
  • Google Sheets (using functions and app integration).
  • Google Apps Script.
Account management
  • Attend client meetings.
  • Communicate with clients, take requests, answer questions and keep them informed of progress.
Requirements
  • Experience in Paid Search (especially Google Ads), ideally agency-side.
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics, Paid Social, Display and/or Programmatic advertising.
  • Passion for continually improving results from digital media.
  • Demonstrably brilliant mathematics.
  • A logical, problem-solving approach.
  • Pro-activity and a strong growth mindset.
  • Excellent written English and verbal communication skills.
  • Adaptability in a constantly evolving environment.
  • IT literacy.
  • Understanding of Google Ad Grants is an advantage.

Benefits and details
  • Location: Chesham, Buckinghamshire, HP5 1PS (on the Metropolitan Line outside London). Optional 2 days per week remote working.
  • Hours: 9am – 5.30pm Mon-Fri (flexible with core hours 10am to 4pm).
  • Holiday: 35 days per annum including bank holidays, increasing to 38 days after 2 years.

  • Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per annum.
