Job summary

A health organization in North Wales is seeking a Band 5 Paediatric Speech and Language Therapist to join a growing service. This role involves assessing and providing therapy to children with communication needs in nursery and school settings. You will work within a supportive multi-disciplinary team, benefiting from a structured induction and supervision. Ideal candidates are self-motivated, enthusiastic, and passionate about delivering quality care. This position offers a salary range of £31,516 to £38,364 annually, pro rata.

Qualifications

  • Recognised qualification degree/equivalent in Speech and Language Therapy, HCPC registered.
  • Demonstrate understanding of clinical governance and risk assessment.
  • Experience in delegating work to non-registered staff.

Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, advice, and therapy to children with speech and language needs.
  • Work with families and supporting agencies in various settings.
  • Collaborate within an integrated team of specialist therapists.
