Forget "designing a pretty box." This isn\'t that. This packaging has to work as hard as the product it protects—heavy goods, complex shapes, and fragile yet valuable homewares that demand absolute perfection in presentation, protection, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Live at the intersection of function and brand, acting as a structural problem-solver and visual storyteller.
• Understand materials, weights, distribution challenges, and the physics of impact.
• Consider fixtures, padding, and durability before you think about colour palettes.
• Ensure packaging is the first physical handshake with the customer.
• Work closely with product teams, logistics, and marketing to deliver packaging that protects, impresses, and represents.
• Engineer solutions that survive global shipping while still looking premium.
• Add graphics and brand personality to elevate the unboxing experience from "functional" to "memorable."
