Job Overview

My client is seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and have a background in office environments. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and providing support to various departments within the organisation.

Duties
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry and clerical duties.
  • Maintain organised filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure easy access to information.
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Assist with financial record keeping using QuickBooks and manage invoicing processes.
  • Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace applications for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Support team members with various administrative tasks as needed, fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Prepare reports and presentations by compiling data from various sources.
Essential Criteria
  • Minimum of 2 years administration experience within a busy office
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Google Workspace.
  • Experience with QuickBooks is advantageous but not essential.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
