Are you an Oxbridge graduate with a passion for education and a long-term goal of becoming a secondary school teacher?

A high‑performing, inclusive Secondary School in the London Borough of Westminster is offering an exceptional opportunity for a talented graduate to gain hands‑on classroom experience in a structured and supportive environment.

This full‑time, term‑time only position starts ASAP and is ideal for an Oxbridge graduate eager to build classroom experience before progressing onto teacher training (Schools Direct, PGCE, or salaried routes).

Role Summary
  • Support a specialist subject department (English, Maths, Science, Humanities, MFL, etc.)
  • Work with pupils across KS3–KS5, delivering targeted interventions and enrichment activities
  • Provide 1:1 support to SEN students, helping them access the curriculum and achieve their potential
  • Assist teachers in delivering engaging, high‑quality lessons
  • Receive structured training, mentoring, and CPD throughout the year
  • Play an active role in promoting academic excellence and student wellbeing
Salary & Start

£22,000 – £26,000 per annum (term‑time only)

Full‑time | January 2026 – July 2026. Potential to progress into a teacher training role from July 2026.

Person Specification
  • 2:1 or First‑Class Degree from Oxford or Cambridge University
