About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager (Associate Director) to lead technical workstreams on Oracle Cloud HCM and ERP implementation projects within the Enterprise Applications Practice.

Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end technical delivery across multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP programmes.
  • Manage and coordinate technical workstreams.
  • Data Migration: Strategy, mapping, validation, and execution.
  • Integration: Design and delivery of interfaces between Oracle Cloud and third-party systems.
  • Reporting: Development of BI and operational reporting solutions.
  • Architecture: Oversight of solution architecture.
  • Collaborate with functional leads, programme managers, and client stakeholders to align technical delivery.
  • Ensure adherence to delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks and issues across projects.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to technical teams.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation in delivery practices.
Qualifications (Minimum)
  • Proven track record of managing technical delivery for multiple Oracle Cloud HCM & ERP implementations.
  • Deep understanding of Oracle Cloud or other enterprise application architecture and technical components.
  • Hands‑on experience leading Data Migration, Integration, Reporting and Architecture workstreams in enterprise‑application implementation programmes.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working in consulting or system integrator environments.
Preferred Skills
  • Oracle certifications in relevant technical domains.
  • Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), BI Publisher, OTBI, HDL.
  • Background in enterprise-level transformation programmes.
