A leading aerospace company is seeking an Operations Support Manager in Derby/Hybrid. The role involves improving supply chain processes to mitigate risks and enhancing quality, cost, and delivery. Candidates should have a proven track record in operations, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams. Hybrid working is available, with a focus on collaboration and engagement in person.
Operations Support Manager | Full Time | Derby/Hybrid – with frequent travel both domestically and internationally (80% of the time).
An exciting opportunity to join our Aerospace Procurement Operations Support team to resolve critical issues and mitigate risk in our Supply Chain. You will establish sustainable, long term supply chains by improving Quality, Cost & Delivery, providing a competitive edge for Rolls-Royce, our customers and suppliers.

As an Operations Support Manager you will support engagements with the supply chain from the initial analytics week, through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team. You will drive the identification, development and implementation of robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure. Reporting to the Head of Operations Support you will take responsibility for driving performance with supply chain. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record of operational excellence with exemplary communication and influencing skills.
