A recruitment agency is seeking an Ops Supervisor for a national transport company in Leeds. This temporary role, with potential for permanent placement, involves providing operational support and supervision to the team, along with managing employee-related tasks. Ideal candidates will have 1-3 years of experience and strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Interaction Recruitment are currently working in partnership with a national transport company who are looking for an Ops Supervisor to join their team based in Leeds (ls9). This role will commence on a temporary basis with the potential to go permanent for the right candidate.
Involves providing day-to-day supervisory and/or coordination support to a team of operational and/or clerical employees, or contractors. Responsible for day-to-day completion of team tasks as well as delegated first level employee related activities, as defined by local policies. This may include day-to-day performance monitoring/management and development discussions, employee related administration, supporting initial/informal disciplinary action activities and, in the case of contractors, contract management, under the supervision of relevant management.
Air Network; Road Network; Hub Operations; Storage, Fashion & Solutions; Hub & Transport Operations; Ground Operations.
1-3 years.
