Job summary

A leading multinational engineering consulting firm based in Belfast is seeking an experienced specialist to support industrial and supply chain operations. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient supply chain performance, and providing technical support. Qualifications

  • Experience in manufacturing engineering, supply chain, quality or customer services operations.
  • Proven experience with NPI, Transfer of Work, and supplier recovery.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Customer Services in cross-functional activities.
  • Coordinate with multiple departments including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Logistics.
  • Monitor supply chain and supplier performance.
  • Deliver executive reports on site activities.

Support industrial and supply chain operations during an integration phase, ensuring uninterrupted deliveries, services, and customer support while minimizing operational and financial risks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Represent Customer Services in cross‑functional industrial and supply chain activities
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Procurement, Logistics, and IT
  • Ensure visibility of site activities to central multi‑functional teams
  • Support logistics and service transition toward operational independence
  • Monitor supply chain and supplier performance; support recovery actions
  • Provide technical and industrial support (NPI, Transfer of Work, industrial issues)
  • Support spare parts, repairs, and technical documentation continuity
  • Build and maintain visual planning, risks, and action tracking
  • Deliver clear weekly and monthly executive reports
Required Profile
  • Strong experience in Aerospace manufacturing environments
  • Comfortable with 100% onsite in Belfast
  • Background in at least two of the following:
  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • Supply Chain / Procurement / Quality
  • Customer Services Operations
  • Logistics
  • Proven experience with NPI, Transfer of Work, and supplier recovery
  • Strong coordination, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to work autonomously in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
