Company of Others is looking for a new Operations & Resource Lead to join us in a pivotal role, supporting the sustainability, strategy and daily operations of our company.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for systems, community, and equity. You’ll work alongside our Artistic Director and team to ensure that the resources we hold – financial, people, space and time – are used wisely and compassionately.

We’re looking for someone who thrives on responsibility, enjoys building structures that serve others, and is committed to making the arts sector more just, accessible and care-led.

Whether you’re managing budgets, developing new income streams, supporting our staff and freelancers, or ensuring our building runs smoothly, your leadership will be key to how we grow and sustain bold dance work rooted in community.
