Operations Planning Engineer

As an Operations Planner, you will be responsible for managing the production schedules and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products to customers. You will work closely with various departments to develop and implement production plans that meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs. Your role will be instrumental in driving the company's success in the aerospace industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement production plans to meet customer demands while optimizing resources and minimizing costs.
  • Monitor production schedules and adjust as needed to ensure on‑time delivery of high‑quality products.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including Engineering, Supply Chain, and Quality Assurance, to ensure a seamless production process.
  • Use data analysis and forecasting to identify areas for improvement and recommend process enhancements.
  • Maintain accurate records of production schedules and inventory levels.
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and resolve any issues that arise.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in production planning or manufacturing engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Knowledge of production scheduling tools and techniques.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Salary: £30,000 – £40,000 per annum + Corporate Package. Start date: ASAP.
