About the Role

Crown Workspace is a specialist division within Crown Worldwide Group focused on the management, relocation, and transformation of workplace environments. Through tailored solutions, you will work to ensure businesses experience minimal disruption during moves and enjoy productive, well‑organised workspaces.

In this role you will assist managing all operational activities, in particular staff job allocations and diary planning as well as driver and vehicle management, within a busy Operations Department.

You will contribute to the development of our business through enhanced profitability and improved quality, by providing the highest standard of services to our customers and providing timely and thorough communications to our staff and Service Partners (SPs).

What You’ll Do
  • Use Moveman to Operate Daily Activities, Manage Warehouse Activities, Review Job Costs, Update Payroll, and run reports for analysis.
  • Assist in Administration of Operative “Target” system queries, holiday checks, password resets.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Carry out basic random vehicle roadworthiness check fulfilment and quality.
  • Provide day to day administration of the company telematics system, including daily reporting, driver coaching, driver behaviours and camera functionality.
  • Collaborate with team members to optimise operational efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
  • Demonstrable diary planning systems experience
  • Demonstrable vehicle and driver management systems experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Clear and precise communication skills essential
  • An accurate and organised approach towards work processes
  • A systematic and consistent approach to targets and assignments
  • Experience within the removals industry preferred but not essential
