Our Operations Managers play a crucial role in delivering justice across the Midlands region. You will provide strategic oversight of Magistrates’ and Crown Courts, support the Cluster Manager, and drive continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate remote teams to achieve customer‑focused outcomes.
  • Ensure effective deployment of resources, manage an allocated budget, and control delegated expenditure.
  • Drive a collaborative culture across the cluster and lead operational change initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a senior operations or management role within a complex, multi‑stakeholder environment.
  • Strong leadership skills with a track record of guiding teams through change.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, capable of maintaining relationships at all levels.
