Are you passionate about developing leaders and driving excellence in children’s residential care? We’re looking for an Operations Manager - Coaching & Compliance to mentor and support new Registered Managers, ensuring they have the confidence, skills, and knowledge to deliver outstanding care.

What you’ll do:
  • Coach and mentor new Registered Managers to build leadership capability and regulatory confidence.
  • Conduct compliance audits and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure safeguarding, health & safety, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Support operational performance, occupancy targets, and financial sustainability.
  • Act as the Ofsted Registered Responsible Individual, supervising managers and ensuring service quality.
What we’re looking for:
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
  • Significant experience in residential childcare and management.
  • Strong ability to coach, mentor, and develop others.
  • In‑depth knowledge of Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and resilience in a fast‑paced environment.
