This is a small business and our client is looking for an Operations Manager who will grow the operational side of the business with passion, care and attention.
Reporting to the Business Owner, the Operations Manager will bring order, leadership and drive to operations; running the day to day, managing people and processes, and supporting the owner with focus on the strategic growth of the company. This is a full time, permanent position.
This role would suit a candidate who may have run their own small business in the past and understands owner-led dynamics.
