Our two‑year Operations Graduate Programme is designed for graduates who thrive in fast‑paced, live environments and want to lead teams where the stakes are high.
You’ll complete four 6‑month, site‑based rotations across major UK venues, gaining hands‑on operational and leadership experience.
We are looking for four individuals to join our Graduate Programme this October:
In the main, rotations will be site based, supporting large‑scale sporting and entertainment events. Travel / overnight stays may be required to support other major events throughout the calendar year and to attend workshops as part of the programme.
Rotations across the 2 years will be regionally based although we are looking for applicants who would be flexible to relocate if required.
No two days are the same. You’ll:
