Our client is seeking a dynamic and highly organised Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of their business centre. This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional communication, leadership, and operational skills. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the centre, maintaining high standards of service delivery, and fostering a professional and welcoming environment.
This role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including oversight of reception duties, switchboard systems, boardroom bookings, post and courier services, consumables ordering, IT and telecoms coordination, fire and safety procedures, and client onboarding. You’ll also manage relationships with external contractors and service providers, ensuring the centre runs efficiently and professionally.
