Operation Director (m/f/d)

  • Develop and execute plans to achieve top-tier customer satisfaction, focusing on quality and delivery excellence.
  • Ensure scheduled products are delivered on time, within cost, and to specification by collaborating with Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, and Technical teams.
  • Define short-term tactics and long-term strategies for core operational functions and translate these into actionable deployment plans.
  • Results orientated and objective focused leadership and support to both direct and indirect reports, driving results and fostering accountability.
  • Create business plans based on sales forecasts, covering costs, investments, staffing, and materials, aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the supply chain, including process improvements and product design changes.
  • Secure the continuous improvement of competitiveness of areas of responsibility through a perpetual plan, do, check, act cycle focused on cost and performance improvement.

Your Profile

  • 10 years' experience. 5 years minimum in management with high volume manufacturing or automotive industry. 1 - 2 years practical experience in the implementation of Lean Management projects.
  • Higher level degree (MSc, MBA) in Engineering Project Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing TPS, MTM, Modern quality tools including Six Signa, strong IT
    Skills, Management tools and techniques.
  • K Strong leadership and ability to cope with high workloads, be an independent decision maker (under time and technical pressure) with the ability to convince others.
  • Strongly cost and responsibility aware
  • Strong analytical and entrepreneurial holistic though and action
  • Team orientated
