A public sector organization in Fareham is seeking a proactive Project Manager to oversee various built environment projects. The role includes managing projects from inception to completion, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring compliance. Ideal candidates will have a relevant qualification and at least 3 years of project management experience, preferably within the construction sector. Reporting into the Estates Programme Delivery Manager and Head of Estates, you will manage projects throughout their complete lifestyle from gathering the requirements from Force to handing over the work to the business as usual facilities team. With multiple projects on the go at any time, this is a demanding but varied and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You\'ll play a key part in keeping our police estate running smoothly and helping to improve operational policing.
