A leading technology services provider in London is looking for an On-Site Technical Analyst to serve as the first point of contact for IT-related queries. With responsibilities including handling customer walk-ups and resolving incidents through a ticket system, the ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in a technical role and proficiency with ITSM tools like Ivanti or Service Now. This position offers a salary range of £30,000 to £32,000 per annum along with various benefits including private healthcare and gym discounts.

We are looking for an Onsite Technical Analyst to join one of our customers onsite in London Victoria. Sitting in a team of 3 you will be dealing with all customer queries to do with any technical issues and be first point of contact on site.
On-site Technical Analyst
This role is based at one of our customer sites working as the first point of contact for all incidents and requests. You will be dealing with all walk-up related issues from our customers and also acting as a stand-alone helpdesk analyst for all phone and email requests.
