Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with VMware vCenter Management (7.0 or later).
• Strong knowledge of Windows desktop OS.
• Windows Server administration (2012–2022) experience.
• Office 365 management experience.
• Familiarity with SOX compliance (training provided).

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain infrastructure systems and services.
• Resolve technical issues, including testing and implementing workarounds.
• Provide technical support both remotely and on-site.
• Deliver emergency on-call support when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory of hardware and software resources.
