Hands‑on role in our Glasgow studio, running the online shop flow: stationery making, fulfilment, stock, and warm, solution‑focused customer care. Part Time, 3 days/week.

RISOTTO is a Glasgow studio celebrating ink, colour and joyful design. We create risograph‑printed stationery, deliver workshops and brand activations (including with Pinterest), stock with retailers such as Selfridges, and ship to a worldwide community of print lovers.

What you’ll be doing:
  • Product making + quality control
  • Stock + supplies (Shopify + physical stock accuracy)
  • Deliveries + stocktakes
  • Fulfilment + shipping
  • Inbox + customer care (returns, updates, enquiries)
  • Studio + events support (occasional evenings/weekends may be required)
Essential skills:
  • Warm, clear communicator with a solution‑focused customer care mindset
  • Organised, systems‑led operator, comfortable learning software and troubleshooting
  • Hands‑on maker with a sharp eye for detail, quality control and presentation
Desired experience:
  • Creative background and basic Adobe confidence (Photoshop/Illustrator), working with templates
  • Shopify and ecommerce fulfilment workflows
  • Small brand / studio / D2C experience (Klaviyo or Adobe Express a bonus), any riso knowledge a nice extra
Role logistics:
  • Part‑time: 3 days/week (7 hours/day), Glasgow based (in‑studio)
  • Contract: fixed‑term maternity cover, expected to run until approx June 2027 (subject to return date)
  • Start: mid/late March 2026 (early April latest)
  • Salary: £26,000–£30,000 FTE (£15,600–£18,000 pro rata) + pro rata holiday, staff discount/benefits
  • Training: 2–3 months with Gabriella, plus day‑to‑day work alongside our Print Technician
  • Access: studio has stairs and this role involves daily post and moving parcels; reasonable adjustments supported
