The Tool Kit Depot team is growing, and we need the right people to grow with us. We are looking for an experienced, Online Fulfilment Customer Care Team Member to join our team.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Keeping the online orders rolling—from processing payments to making sure everything gets where it needs to go.
  • Giving our customers the VIP treatment by sorting out any order issues with a smile.
  • Chatting with customers across phone, email, and social media to keep them in the loop.
  • Helping out the wider Online Operations Team when needed—because teamwork makes the dream work!

  • Someone with experience in a similar role (bonus points if you’ve worked in retail or customer service!).
