  • If the shifts for this role cover hours earlier than 6am or later than 11pm, you will need to be at least 18 years of age.

About the Role:

We are looking for two hardworking and reliable colleagues to join our fast‑paced Online Department. This is a vital, physically active role that ensures our customer orders are organised and loaded for delivery before the store opens.

Key Responsibilities & Physical Demands:

This role is highly demanding and requires a high level of physical fitness. You will be expected to:

Work at Pace:Meet strict morning deadlines to ensure vans depart on time.

Heavy Lifting:Constantly move and lift delivery crates (totes) weighing up to15kg.

Stacking:Safely stack crates to head height within the warehouse and on delivery vehicles.

Loading:Stack down crates and load 3.5‑ton vans ready for our drivers to take out on the road.

Driving & Development:

We are looking for candidates who are comfortable behind the wheel. Upon successful completion of your probation period, we will provide full training for you to drive and manoeuvre our 3.5‑ton delivery vanswithin the department yard to support our morning loading activities.

Candidate Requirements:

Punctuality:Must be able to commit to 4:00 AM starts.

Flexibility:Available to work shifts ranging across the entire week (including weekends).

Driving License:A valid UK Driving License is essential.

Resilience:Comfortable with heavy lifting and working in a busy, outdoor/yard environment.
