A global consumer brand seeks an EMEA GTM and Strategic Planning Senior Lead for 8 months. We are looking for an 8 month maternity cover to support on a fixed term contract as our EMEA GTM and Strategic Planning Senior Lead, you will lead our end-to-end commercial GTM process. Your main objective will be to secure input and alignment across channels and functions to drive an integrated and optimized EMEA commercial plan. You will shape our community, channel and geographic strategy together with the Sales, Marketing, Digital, Retail and Merchandising leaders and you will create memorable experiences for our EMEA Commercial team by leading and orchestrating key commercial milestone meetings across functions.
You will join the EMEA Strategy team, which plays a cross-functional and enabling role in the EMEA leadership at On, with a focus on commercial topics. It is a newly formed team that requires the explorer spirit to build things and bring the right existing components together. This team is comfortable with dynamic turnaround times and ambitious targets. The shared mission? To ignite the human spirit through movement.
