• At least 5+ PQE City or equivalent legal experience with a major law firm or investment bank.
• Knowledge of structured notes, OTC derivative products and structured products programmes.
• Commercially driven with ability to adapt to varied and challenging workload.

Responsibilities

• Preparing and reviewing term sheets.
• Advising on the structure of transactions considering legal, regulatory, tax aspects.
• Acting as a central trade contact for collaboration across various functions.
• Creating efficiencies through template documentation and process optimization.
• Liaising with external counsel to prepare transaction documentation.

Skills
