Overview

This interior design company is looking for a proactive and experienced EA and Office Manager who can dive into a varied support role and help busy directors with an array of EA and PA tasks, while ensuring the smooth running of the office and operations. The team is passionate and successful with high standards, operating at a fast pace, so this role requires a strong work ethic and a willingness to roll up sleeves and help out in any way. The role includes involvement in events, HR duties and helping to manage the team and nurture the company culture. The right candidate will have at least 15 years of experience (ideally in a creative industry), be confident, resourceful and able to work independently as well as part of the senior leadership team. HR experience would be a real bonus. The role is based in the South West London office, five days per week, with consideration for a four-day working week for the right candidate. A driving licence and car are required for occasional errands.

Responsibilities
  • Provide executive assistance and office management support to busy directors.
  • Assist with a range of PA tasks and help manage day-to-day office operations.
  • Coordinate events and support HR duties as part of team management and culture development.
  • Support the senior leadership team and work independently as needed.
  • Run occasional errands requiring a driver and a car.

  • Based in or willing to work from the South West London office; flexible to a five-day week or four days for the right candidate.
