We are supporting a leading global multi‑strategy investment platform in identifying an experienced Oil Products Derivatives Trader for their growing discretionary commodities team. The firm operates across major global hubs and is known for its advanced trading technology, deep liquidity access, and collaborative cross‑regional structure.

The Role

• Trading oil products derivatives with a strong emphasis on swaps
• Preference for light ends, though open to traders across the barrel (including crude)
• Balanced mix of proprietary risk‑taking and flow/market making
• Ability to generate independent ideas and trade around existing strategies
• Integration into a global trading and research network

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience across swaps, futures, forwards, and options
• Minimum three years in a high‑intensity oil derivatives environment
• Market‑making backgrounds particularly valued
• Confidence in taking risk and delivering consistent PnL
