Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in an HSSE role.
• Strong skills in data analytics, reporting, and performance analysis.
• Proficiency with reporting tools and HSSE management systems.
• Ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Investigation and learning experience e.g. Taproot or similar investigation tools.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and delivery of HSSE programmes and plans.
• Oversee incident management, including classification, investigation, and reporting.
• Collect and validate HSSE performance data from operated and non-operated assets.
• Provide ongoing administration, user support and training for the Incident Management Tool.
